以磨液泵和压缩空气为动力，通过喷枪将磨液高速喷射到模具表面，达到光饰铸造模具的目的。磨液是用对模具有保护作用的载液与一定粒度的磨料(白刚玉砂，玻璃丸等人造磨料)按一定配比混合而成，放置在机体下部的贮箱中。工作时磨液泵将贮箱中的磨液以一定压力和流量通过磨液管路输入喷枪。此时，还有一磨液旁路经装置在其中的搅拌喷嘴高速喷出，从而使贮箱中的磨料和载液搅拌均匀；另外压缩空气由外接气源经过(溢)减压阀、电磁阀进入喷枪。喷枪是直接执行液体喷吵工作的主要部件。它与磨液、压缩空气管路系统相连接，设置在机体上部密闭的工作舱内。喷射出的磨液对铸造模具表面冲击磨削后，从圆盘工作台流下，经网孔板返回贮箱，如此循环便完成了对铸造模具的喷射清洗。

Besides, the compressed air is passed by the external air source through the overflow valve and the electromagnetic valve into the spray gun. The spray gun is the main component of the direct execution of the liquid noise. It is connected with the grinding fluid and the compressed air pipeline system, and is set in the closed cabin of the upper part of the body. After the grinding fluid was sprayed on the surface of the casting mold, the jet was washed down from the disk worktable and returned to the tank through the mesh plate, so that the spray cleaning of the casting mold was completed.
